Third Party Review Sites

Reviews submitted through third party sites such as DriverReviews, Trustpilot and Google are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the third party site. Please note that we are able to display reviews left on third party sites on ATS Euromaster sites, subject to the terms of use of the third party.

 

Conditions of Use for Reviews

Requests for reviews are sent by BazaarVoice, DriverReviews and Trustpilot on behalf of ATS Euromaster Limited, Vantage Point, 20 Upper Portland Street, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Satisfaction surveys are also sent by ATS Euromaster.

Requests for product, website and service reviews may be sent out on separate emails. Please make sure your review refers to either the ATS Euromaster Website, the Products and Services supplied to you by ATS Euromaster or your experience of your ATS Euromaster Centre, as indicated on your request email.

Please consider the following information when compiling and submitting your review. By submitting a review you agree that:

  • You are 18 years or over
  • You are the sole author of the review
  • You are the sole owner of the username/tag/picture.
  • The content and username/tag/picture does not infringe any other party’s intellectual property rights
  • All of the content is accurate and that it is not false, inaccurate or misleading
  • It does not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files
  • You have not received any payment or other compensation in return for the review
  • The content is not obscene, defamatory, illegal or otherwise objectionable
  • We may contact you by email regarding your review
  • You are not an employee or otherwise connected to ATS Euromaster Limited or the service provider of the website on which you are providing a review
  • Alternatively if you are an employee or otherwise connected to ATS Euromaster Limited please state your connection at the end of your review.

If you submit a review to us you agree that we may publish your review together with your name, username, tag and/or picture that you may upload, on any website operated by ATS Euromaster Limited on such page and in such position as we may, at our sole discretion, determine. We may also, at our sole discretion, decide not to publish the review or decide to remove the review from our website.

You also agree that we may edit the review and publish edited or partial versions of the review. However we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views.

We will use this information to provide services to you and, if you agree, to send you marketing information.
