MASTERCOMBO PACKAGES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the phrase Mastercombo Packages shall refer to both Mastercombo and Mastercombo+ offers.
MasterCombo Package discounts are applicable to the specified goods and services only and no substitutions will be allowed. No cash alternative is available.
All goods and services within a Mastercombo Package must be purchased for the same vehicle, by the same purchaser and at the same time (i.e. as part of the same payment) and fitted at the same appointment
All goods and services provided within the Mastercombo Package must be supplied within 28 days of purchase. Please note that it is the responsibility of you as the customer to ensure that your appointment is scheduled to take place within this period. We reserve the right to charge the full retail price (i.e. without applying the Mastercombo Package discount) should the booking fall outside this period or otherwise not met the above conditions without the explicit written agreement of the relevant ATS Centre Manager.
Exclusions
Please note that the Mastercombo Packages are not available for the following:
- commercial customers, or any customer that is a limited company or individual acting in the course of business;
- motorcycles, trikes and quads;
- motorhomes or caravans;
- commercial vehicles, such as vans (except car-derived vans), HGVs, pick-ups, taxis, tippers;
- company cars;
- vehicles used for commercial or business purposes such as taxis or delivery, private hire or driving school vehicles.
Cancellation Rights
Where a Mastercombo Package is purchased in advance of the services being provided, you may cancel your booking at any time within 14 days of payment. You do not have to give any reason for the withdrawal or cancellation. In order to do this, please contact the Service Centre with which you made your appointment, providing details of your name, the date and time of your appointment, and the service being cancelled.
In the case of cancellation within 14 days you will receive a full refund of the package price via the method you used for payment. We will process and issue this within 14 days of our receipt of your cancellation, although we will try to provide the refund to you sooner if possible.
Please note that if you have requested that we start work before the expiry of the 14 days referred to above and the work has actually commenced, then:
(a) if the services are fully performed, you will lose your right to cancel;
(b) if the services are partially performed at the time of cancellation, we will stop work and may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the work actually undertaken from the refund due to you.
