Service & MOT for BMW

UK

Do you need to book a Service and MOT for your BMW car? ATS Euromaster offers servicing and MOT checks across the UK, with over 150 local centres. Simply select the service you require to find your nearest ATS centre.

Disclaimer: ATS Euromaster is not a licenced BMW service provider. As such, ATS can only provide servicing for BMWs that are outside of their manufacturer's warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the vehicle is under warranty.

Interim Service For BMW

BMW owners are encouraged to book an interim service every six months or 6,000 miles. It includes 32 checks and services, including examinations of your BMW's brakes, exhaust and tyre tread, along with fluids like screen wash, brake fluid and coolant.

Interim services are ideal for drivers who are primarily used to short, regular journeys. They are perfect for resolving potential issues before they require expensive repairs.

Full Service For BMW

A BMW full service is a comprehensive inspection of a vehicle. It features 46 checks and services, including close reviews of the brakes, steering, tyres, battery, engine oil and lights, along with fluids and filters. A BMW road test will also be performed both before and after the service.

A full service is recommended once every 12 months for any vehicles driving more than 8,000 miles annually.

Major Service For BMW

A BMW major service is the most in-depth servicing available. As well as performing the inspections covered in Full and Interim servicing, a major service will also see the mechanic offer OE Equivalent parts for any components that need to be replaced (additional charges may apply). They will also provide a brake fluid change and a Techron performance restorer service. Within both our Full and Major Services our technicians may recommend additional items such as spark plugs, fuel filters, and pollen filters be replaced as these are recommended within the E3 service schedule.

BMW MOT Test

An MOT check will ensure your BMW is fully up to standard for vehicle safety, exhaust emissions and roadworthiness. BMW owners arrange an MOT three years after registering their vehicle or once annually (if the BMW is over three years old).

How do I check if my BMW is under warranty?

BMW drivers can use their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to look up whether a car is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You can also contact your dealer to ask if the coverage is still active.

If the vehicle is still under warranty, you are advised to examine the terms and conditions for using approved garages for servicing and MOT. Contact your local ATS centre to find out more.

Will using ATS void my manufacturer's warranty?

Thanks to the Competition Act and Motor Vehicle Block Exemptions Regulations (MVBER), franchised garages like ATS can offer repair and maintenance services without automatically voiding a car manufacturer's warranty.

As part of Block Extension, we utilise OE Equivalent parts for replacements. None of the parts we fit will invalidate your warranty. However, there are certain parts that we do not change that may invalidate your warranty as they will no longer be considered good enough. If something goes wrong with your vehicle and those parts not changed are the cause the vehicle will not be covered. It is therefore vital you check the terms of your warranty agreement before booking anything with us.
